Service Description
Unleash your body and mind with this unique experience at Wilderness Wellness - a dedicated wellness space situated right next to Paxton Lakes. You'll become part of the Unleash Tribe and unite with an empowering Barre/mat workout followed by a nourishing Yoga flow. We'll then retreat to the gorgeous seating area amongst nature, have a sip (tea's/coffees) and yap, and of course indulge on Olivia's famous Brownies. Everything here is provided for you - no need to bring a mat unless if you'd like to use your own. Please arrive 5 minutes early as we'll get moving on the dot at 10:30am!

Thank you for booking Unleash Barre, Flow & Brownies. Please read the following booking terms before securing your spot. Event Details 📅 Date: Saturday 10th May ⏰ Time: 11am - 12:30pm (1 hour 30 minutes) 📍 Location: Wilderness Wellness By The Lakes - Southlake Waterpark 💪 What’s Included? 30 minutes of Barre 30 minutes of Yoga Delicious gluten-free brownies to enjoy afterwards! Booking & Payment All bookings must be made online via Wix. Spaces are limited, so please book early to secure your place. Cancellation & Refund Policy Unfortunately bookings are non-refundable, as the studio hire and ingredients for brownies will have already been paid for. Health & Safety Waiver By booking this session, you confirm that: You are in good health and physically able to participate in Barre and Yoga exercises. You understand that any physical activity carries a risk of injury and agree to take full responsibility for your participation.
